I think the first picture is quite endearing. It makes me think of a boys’ private school and taking yearbook photos.
I previously posted lookbook images from Mjolk’s spring 2009 collection, but they have released a new set of pictures and my love for their leather bag only grows stronger. Not only do I love the bag pictured above, but now I see a matching backpack. I don’t normally use backpacks, but I would love to add it to my collection of bags.
Buckler Spring 2009
Personally, the look of this collection feels extremely forced. However, I like the direction they are going with the details and some of the styling. I love the hooded cardigan. It’s asymmetrical, yet not severe. I also like the pairing of the sweater vest with shorts. I had long given up on sweater vests. The last time I wore one had to have been in middle school. But viewing this look, perhaps it is time for me to embrace the sweater vest once again.
To Sir With Love Fall 2008
I introduce you to a new label called To Sir With Love. They specialize in basics made of luxury cashmere. The knit beanie featured above is what caught my interest. I want the knit beanie so bad, I’d steal it. Okay, not really, but for some reason I’m drawn to it and like it way more than I should. I don’t know why. Maybe, it’s the sheer ridiculousness if being able to walk around with many poms on my head. Yes, that it is. Sometimes, I’m ridiculous, but it’s all in fun.
