As seasons quickly come and go, we are quick to move on to the new collections and editorials that follow without much thought for what is left behind, so this month, we will attempt to capture the past year with a wide range of categories. First up, we have the fall 2009 collection of Missoni. In an often disappointing sea of black and gray, Angela Missoni added a certain playfulness to the somber mood with a spirited mixing of prints and textures, but unfortunately her knits did make too many editorial appearances this season. However, with the intense sales season looming, hopefully a Missoni knit or two will be picked up at a steal for next year’s wardrobe.
