Tightly wound and appearing in the March 2010 issue of GQ Russia, it does not take too long for Cesar Casier to spin out of control. In between moments of distress and intense stares, Cesar is captured by Lorenzo Bringheli in a wealth of luxe garments.

Flanders Fashion Institute were on hand for New York Fashion Week, where they put together a showing of several of young Belgium’s brightest designers.
