The mention of Rick Owens may evoke images of the edgy rebel clad in head-to-toe black, but without apparent effort, the designer creates a chic vision for fall. Minimal and unaffected under constraint, Owens turns to clay tones for a wide spectrum of soft yet masculine looks. While funnel collars come in all shapes and sizes, Owens’ earthy layering looks to texture and winged shapes for purpose. Building off of a fall wardrobe that is not afraid to bare arms, the collection takes special aim at tanks and sleeveless knits, before rounding off the season with boots dressed in a daring reptile print.

Per Zennström (Objektiv) frames his latest work for Feld Hommes with the simple concept of teenage awkwardness. Casting Robert, Jean Luc, Vincent, Felix Bayertz (Viva Berlin), Max (Seeds) and Tom to be styled by Feld Hommes resident fashion editor Isabelle Thiry, Zennström captures developed characters that embrace spontaneity and spunk.

The autumn/winter issue of Feld Hommes magazine hits newsstands December 3, 2009 and here with the last preview, we share looks at the feature editorial photographed by Per Zennström. Featuring Robert, Jean Luc, Vincent, Felix Bayertz (Viva Berlin), Max (Seeds) and Tom styled by Isabelle Thiry, the issue is shaping up to be one that does not mind its fashion accompanied by a healthy amount of dirt and grit.
