New Day–Wall­pa­per mag­a­zine, G-​​Star RAW and Ryan Gan­der come together to cre­ate 30 lim­ited edi­tion pairs of trousers in an effort to pro­mote Japan’s New New Day. Artist Ryan Gan­der painted 30 pairs of Arc style G-​​Star RAW denim trousers to mimic drip­ping paint. The con­cept is to pro­vide a visual rep­re­sen­ta­tion of Japan’s New Day which encour­ages peo­ple to paint build­ings white. Trousers also come with ‘Arata-​​Chan’ attached. Arata-​​Chan is a fig­urine that is the sym­bol of New Day. The trousers went on sale August 1st and will be avail­able while sup­plies lasts in ran­dom stores.
