Team.Groove–Shown during Fashion Rio in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, R.Groove’s latest lineup hit the runway with an obvious cool factor. Putting together relaxed fits with an effort of carelessness, everything from t-shirts, stamped with R and trousers featuring perfect raised seams to oversize shirt jackets made an appearance. Dressed in novel prints and armed with a fair use of color, R.Groove mastered a mix of fun youthfulness and modern smarts.

East Coast Rebellion–Brooklyn-based designer Pauline Choi presents her latest fall/winter menswear collection, Pauline Poetique Homme, amongst degenerate locales for a subdued contrast with the looks themselves. As fur linings, eccentric hue combinations and loose tailoring are all implemented within the collection, models Logan Inman, Matthew Pruno and Justin Gushue work in their industrial backgrounds with zeal as they are garbed in harem pants, pelt jackets and chrome-button oxford shirts while photographer Kyle Depew captures the ostentatious yet rustic looks.

Dark Arts–Montreal-based designer Samuel Mercure brings to us his latest fall/winter 2012 with an obscure ambiance as we remain intrigued while model Emmanuel Mauriés Rinfret dons the esoteric looks. Following a dark textile motif, the collection includes fine cuts, worked-in leather and elaborate collars as seen through zipper coats, silk jackets and form-fitted trousers as styled by Simon Venne and captured by photographer Mathieu Fortin.

Stereotype–A new menswear label to come out of the UK, Nadir Tejani pushes the kimono to a new and appealing extreme. Model Jak Mcgrath dons the fleece, wool and cotton textiles as photographer Tatiana Leshkina captures the collection in a pale light, contrasting the black fabrics as styled by Ali Carman.

Northern Lights–Woolrich John Rich & Bros. comes out on top with an expansive fall/winter 2012 collection. Chalk full of options and rich color, the new lineup offers enough versatility to bridge the gap between traditional and forward-thinking. Boasting workerswear fashions at heart, Woolrich John Rich & Bros. executes their lineup with relaxed silhouettes. Including utilitarian outerwear, trousers, knitwear, shirting and smart accessories, different colorways and fabrications decorate a stable of covetable pieces that styled together or individually house a limitless range of mode possibilities.

The Sport of Chic–Willy Vanderperre photographs Carlos Peters (Nathalie) and Yannick Mantele (Tomorrow Is Another Day) for Adidas SLVR’s latest outing. Here, creative director Dirk Schönberger looks to the silent film Metropolis as the inspiration of his fall/winter 2012 collection for the line. Achieving a sleek forward-thinking aesthetic, the futuristic collection comes together with great ease, marrying function with a polished reformation of sportswear. Possessing the ability to be dressed up or worn casually, Schönberger’s strict direction results in sharp garments, ranging from tailored trench coats and motorcycle jackets to the likes of blazers as well as relaxed trousers.
