Alexan­der McQueen breaks new ground with his lat­est col­lab­o­ra­tive effort for PUMA. Inspired by by box­ing, the fall col­lec­tion fuses the worlds of fash­ion and sport­ing. Indulging the whims of both out­lets, McQueen crafts a col­lec­tion that is as styl­ish as it is sporty. With the addi­tion of an exposed sin­glet, an ordi­nary sweat­shirt becomes a gar­ment to admire, while bal­looned sleeves and a tapered abdomen give the polo shirt a much needed makeover.  McQueen’s sub­tle changes to tra­di­tional athletic-​​wear cre­ate such an appeal that the col­lec­tion eas­ily tran­scends its ini­tial pur­pose and crosses into the arena of daywear.
