Filippa K Fall 2009 — “Inspired”

The fall col­lec­tion from Fil­ippa K is exactly what we have to come expect from the Swedish label. The range is all encom­pass­ing, pro­vid­ing looks for casual and for­mal sit­u­a­tions, all with expert tai­lor­ing and a cer­tain appro­pri­ate­ness. Although sim­ple in nature, this fall’s col­lec­tion ties into a larger theme. This sea­son, Fil­ippa K is inspired by the lyrics of an Aus­tralian song­writer by the name of Paul Kelly. Moved by a song enti­tled “From lit­tle things big things grow”, the sea­son has come to rep­re­sent From within, a col­lec­tion of the peo­ple, places and other sub­jects that have inspired Fil­ippa K, while Unti­tled by offers a forum where artists will show­case their Fil­ippa K related projects.
