The spring season is right around the corner and 0044’s main attraction is interestingly enough their accessories. From the simple bracelet to chain necklace, the finest details see themselves reinterpreted in the line’s apparel. Slouchy tops, acting as solid canvases are heavily embellished with safety pins and the sort, yet still retain their minimalist appeal. Meanwhile, the overall range balances a loose-fit with a more narrowed finish. Altogether, the collection exudes a comfortable vibe, while also offering a sense of refinement.

Retailer First Among Equals New York was kind enough to share with us lookbooks of some of the designers they are carrying this fall. In addition to picking up the talented Giuliano Fujiwara, the store is stocking Parisian label 0044 and Richard Söderberg’s Obscur.
0044 paris Spring 2009
“Revolutionary Romanticism” is 0044 paris’ overall theme. We try to create our own standard of beauty aggressively and sensitively, and send our messages by expressing our world not only through our clothing, but also all other creative possibilities.
The atelier was established in Paris well over ten years ago and our original products have been designed and Manufactured in France ever since. Our clothing lines for both men’s and women’s were put together as collections and named “0044 paris” in 2003, which laid the foundation as a fashion brand.”
