London’s Next Call­ing–For their thir­teenth sea­son, Top­man and Fash­ion East invite Matthew Miller and Shaun Sam­sun to join Mar­tine Rose in show­ing their spring 2012 col­lec­tions at Men’s Day dur­ing Lon­don Fash­ion Week. The design­ers were selected by a panel of indus­try insid­ers includ­ing Style.com’s Tim Blanks, Mugler’s Nicola Formichetti and AnOther Man’s Alis­ter Mackie. Mar­tine Rose will present her sev­enth col­lec­tion from her epony­mous label, her third as a part of MAN and already has a grow­ing num­ber of col­lab­o­ra­tions under her belt. Mathew Miller, an alum­nus of the Royal Col­lege of Art, was rec­og­nized by Vogue for his grad­u­ate col­lec­tion and has pre­sented his past three col­lec­tions which mix tai­lor­ing and sports­wear with intri­cate tex­tile dec­o­ra­tion, at Lon­don Fash­ion Week as part of Fash­ion East’s menswear instil­la­tion. A recent win­ner of the ITS Fash­ion Col­lec­tion of the Year, Shaun Sam­son, stud­ied at the Fash­ion Insti­tute of Design and Mer­chan­dis­ing, Cen­tral St. Mar­tins, and under Jeremy Scott, and designs “men’s mod­ern street wear.” /​ Pic­tured from left to right: Matthew Miller, Mar­tine Rose, Shaun Samson.
