Topman is Most Definitely Team UK

New Gen Tees–Top­man is col­lab­o­rat­ing with pop­u­lar up and com­ing Lon­don design­ers once more, this time around on a new t-​​shirt col­lec­tion to cel­e­brate British tal­ent. Invit­ing James Long, Katie Eary, Lou Dal­ton, Sib­ling and Christo­pher Shan­non to design for the project, the range’s theme is Menswear Rules Bri­tan­nia. Priced at £18, £5 from each sale will go to The British Fash­ion Coun­cil Princess of Wales Char­i­ta­ble Trust in sup­port of young design­ers. The project launches June 7, 2012, right before Lon­don Fash­ion Week, which kicks off June 15, 2012. Film Teaser | Tween x Sibling Fall 2011

Tween and Sib­ling join forces for a fall 2011 col­lec­tion that will be pre­sented next month dur­ing Lon­don Fash­ion Week. Pro­mot­ing the new col­lec­tion, Tween debuted a filmed teaser last week at Pitti Uomo show­cas­ing quite the ver­sa­tile looks.

Spring 2010 | Sibling

London-​​based label Sib­ling tones it down for their third col­lec­tion. The range uti­lizes their sig­na­ture knack for knits with extra details, but approaches the design process in a much more acces­si­ble way. The col­lec­tion does not rely on an exclu­sive color palette. Instead, each gar­ment has a more inti­mate rela­tion­ship, being enhanced by the color that suits it best. Blend­ing Eng­lish influ­ences of the late 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s, the col­lec­tion touches on var­i­ous themes, whether it is a rebel­lious lace num­ber or a rein­ter­pre­ta­tion of the iconic denim jacket. Regard­less of where each decade takes design­ing trio Joe Bates, Sid Bryan and Coz­ette McCreery, they craft a mem­o­rable col­lec­tion that sees a fresh per­spec­tive with real­is­tic results.

Sibling is All Smiles

Fashion156 shares with us a pre­view of Sibling’s upcom­ing col­lab­o­ra­tion with The Smi­ley Com­pany. The col­lab­o­ra­tion has resulted in a six-​​piece range that will be fea­tured along­side Sibling’s main col­lec­tion dur­ing Lon­don Fash­ion Week.

SIBLING Collection TWO

Bring­ing a fresh youth­ful flair to knitwear is the design­ing trio of Joe Bates, Sid Bryan, and Coz­ette McCreery. Based in Lon­don, the trio estab­lished SIBLING with a plan to give “knitwear for men a kick up the arse.” SIBLING debuted this past fall, intro­duc­ing a world of fine knits, sequins, and flam­boy­ant col­ors. Their sen­sa­tional col­lec­tion was an achieve­ment, being fea­tured in pub­li­ca­tions such as Another and GQ Japan. The lat­est col­lec­tion from SIBLING is wilder than ever and bars noth­ing. Bates, Bryan, and McCreery have stepped up the ante, pre­sent­ing a col­lec­tion that includes every­thing from pale gray to sequins and hot pink. The high­light of the col­lec­tion is a biker jacket. Typ­i­cally, biker jack­ets are made out of leather, but this one is excep­tional — it’s com­pletely knit­ted. This sea­son, throw cau­tion to the wind and cozy up with SIBLING.
