New Gen Tees–Topman is collaborating with popular up and coming London designers once more, this time around on a new t-shirt collection to celebrate British talent. Inviting James Long, Katie Eary, Lou Dalton, Sibling and Christopher Shannon to design for the project, the range’s theme is Menswear Rules Britannia. Priced at £18, £5 from each sale will go to The British Fashion Council Princess of Wales Charitable Trust in support of young designers. The project launches June 7, 2012, right before London Fashion Week, which kicks off June 15, 2012. Until then, here are pictures of spunky British youth captured on a sightseeing tour, captured by Craig Thomas.
Tween and Sibling join forces for a fall 2011 collection that will be presented next month during London Fashion Week. Promoting the new collection, Tween debuted a filmed teaser last week at Pitti Uomo showcasing quite the versatile looks.

London-based label Sibling tones it down for their third collection. The range utilizes their signature knack for knits with extra details, but approaches the design process in a much more accessible way. The collection does not rely on an exclusive color palette. Instead, each garment has a more intimate relationship, being enhanced by the color that suits it best. Blending English influences of the late 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s, the collection touches on various themes, whether it is a rebellious lace number or a reinterpretation of the iconic denim jacket. Regardless of where each decade takes designing trio Joe Bates, Sid Bryan and Cozette McCreery, they craft a memorable collection that sees a fresh perspective with realistic results.

Bringing a fresh youthful flair to knitwear is the designing trio of Joe Bates, Sid Bryan, and Cozette McCreery. Based in London, the trio established SIBLING with a plan to give “knitwear for men a kick up the arse.” SIBLING debuted this past fall, introducing a world of fine knits, sequins, and flamboyant colors. Their sensational collection was an achievement, being featured in publications such as Another and GQ Japan. The latest collection from SIBLING is wilder than ever and bars nothing. Bates, Bryan, and McCreery have stepped up the ante, presenting a collection that includes everything from pale gray to sequins and hot pink. The highlight of the collection is a biker jacket. Typically, biker jackets are made out of leather, but this one is exceptional — it’s completely knitted. This season, throw caution to the wind and cozy up with SIBLING.
