family affair–a wooyoungmi show is like being in a family reunion : 1st because of the woo family itself (woo young mi, her sister woo janghee & her daughter katie all working together for the label), then maïda grégory-boïna & the models …
maïda is a very famous casting director (i’m actually planning a special ‘behind the scenes’ about her next season so stay tuned !) who also works for raf simons, jil sander and many others; every season she comes up with very interesting new faces who become part of her family and her boys not only respect her but also love her almost like a mum …
i leave you with a happy family …

The Beckoning–Following his recent stint with Willy Vanderperre and Adidas SLVR, Alexander Beck adds Kacper Kasprzyk and Wooyoungmi to his belt of campaigns. Styled by Robbie Spencer, the fall season is looking to be a promising one for the young star. / View Wooyoungmi’s fall 2011 collection here.

Wooyoungmi reunites last season’s creative team for a sleek new spring campaign that best represents the collection’s impeccable attention to proportion. Starring Matvey Lykov and Johannes Linder photographed by Marton Perlaki, spring’s clean lines are styled by Andrej Skok.

Wooyoungmi revamps their look for the fall season aiming to achieve a balance of luxury and practicality. Embracing an inclination for sportswear and activewear, the label juxtaposes the relaxed suit with casual elements for the ultimate man of action. Dressed in a somber color palette, waterproof trousers come together with quilted outerwear, raised elasticated hemlines and one of the best options for winter’s toughest days – rubber boots. Armed with texture and a mix of essentials for all lifestyles, Wooyoungmi rounds out the season with an effortless execution of concept as well as design.

Wooyoungmi arrived at a smart contemporary look for their latest collection that took a triumphant tour of the modern suit. Embracing thick soles, sleeveless numbers and elongated proportions, Wooyoungmi’s man achieved a casual elegance. Rounded off by a palette of cool colors, relaxed tailoring gave way to a chic wardrobe that proved accessible in lieu of a traditional suit or worn as everyday separates.
