Pictures have surfaced of Yohji Yamamoto’s Y collection for the upcoming fall. It’s too early for a complete assessment, but it is nice to see both the strong aviator inspired cropped leather jacket alongside the quirky but stylish oversize drop crotch pants.

Check out the rolled outerwear sleeves in the first picture…great styling! –nudge–
I love that Yohji consistently produces oversized clothing; particularly outerwear. Close fitting outerwear is visually appealing, but I prefer outerwear to be loose and comfortable. However, in order to balance the oversized outerwear, the top and/or bottoms usually need to have a somewhat slim silhouette.
