Gar­cia and his fam­ily face the pos­si­bil­i­ties of extra­di­tion back to their home coun­try. Garcia’s father, Armed Forces of the Philip­pines Gen­eral, Car­los F. Gar­cia, is sus­pected of steal­ing close to 6 mil­lion dol­lars in pub­lic funds – addi­tion­ally pur­chas­ing a Trump Park Avenue condo in Tim’s name with the stolen funds. Recently arrested then released, Tim fab­u­lously car­ried on in New York fash­ion, rumored to have attended sev­eral fash­ion par­ties with an ankle bracelet on. Oh, the agony! But, what will his future hold?
