Actor Matthew Gray Gubler opens up his Pasadena home to The Coveteur as he shares choice personal belongings. One of the standout pieces featured in the story is a vintage fur coat. Gubler explains, “Edward Gorey has been one of my favorite artists since childhood when I would watch those PBS murder mysteries, for which he designed the opening credits.”

Gubler continues, “He would often draw himself traipsing through graveyards wearing a long fur coat and white Converse. I heard through the grapevine that they were auctioning off a bunch of his personal belongings at an estate sale in Maine to benefit one of his charities for animals. I did some research, found a strange man named Pierre, and convinced him to attend the auction for me.
