Milan Fashion Week | Prada Fall 2010

The last two sea­sons, Miuc­cia Prada’s vision has dic­tated an over­whelm­ing pres­ence of studs and mesh. Tak­ing a nos­tal­gic step back, Prada light­ens up this sea­son with a retro-​​inspired col­lec­tion. Eas­ing away from the color black, coral, yel­low, cobalt and orange are intro­duced to lend Prada’s shrunken knits and dou­bled col­lars a peppy spirit. Mean­while, loafers and pleated trousers com­plete an unwa­ver­ing nod to the past.
