Light, airy and ingeniously layered, Angela Missoni’s spring 2010 collection is a heaven-sent. After such a dark previous season, Missoni is the light at the end of the tunnel. Warm pale sprays of of tan, yellow and blue welcome the discerning eye. The collection of varied knits, coats, cardigans, tops and relaxed trousers boast a lived-in quality that works perfectly with Missoni’s affection for light denim washes. It might be too early to start nailing down must-haves for next year, but the standout of the collection rightfully belongs to Missoni’s thin oversize cardigans that would make the perfect companion piece to any wardrobe.
