Mak­ing a cam­paign appear­ance in Japan, Alex Dun­stan is the lat­est face for Neil Barrett’s lim­ited line Black Bar­rett. Inspired by geo­met­rics this sea­son, the designer looked to rein­ter­pret his clas­sic shapes with tex­ture and prints. Per­haps sim­ple on first look, the lineup reveals new dimen­sions upon closer inspec­tion – boast­ing con­trast­ing fab­rics and sub­tle shape shifts.

Lanvin Spring 2011 | Paris Fashion Week

Made for the man on the go, a sense of urgency was felt at the lat­est show for Lan­vin as tex­tures reigned supreme. Dark, light and rushed together, the image of lux­ury was not a focus as ensem­bles of great inter­est and diver­sity came together. From sheer tops and knit vests to pan­eled out­er­wear, the Lan­vin man took flight in an eclec­tic array that was dif­fi­cult to unravel, but nev­er­the­less engag­ing. Round­ing off with chunky jew­el­ery that pos­sessed a cer­tain ancient qual­ity, designer Lucas Ossendri­jver molded one of the best stand­out col­lec­tions of the season.
