
Easy Strides–Loden Dager hits a beach-like stride for their latest collection. Bringing together relaxed layers and charming prints for a wardrobe that exudes the calming nature of the season, the tourist came out to play. Wrapped in bright colors, ranging from lime green or pumpkin orange to patriotic blue and red, an eclectic onslaught of pieces were revealed, paired together for business or play. From a nostalgic denim jacket to polka dot covered suiting shorts or graphic tees, Loden Dager delivered a collection, perfect for fun under the sun.

Modern Prep–Tommy Hilfiger updates his signature American look with spring’s pop art inspiration. Infusing the latest lineup with camouflage prints and bright bursts of color, Hilfiger turned out a jovial tale for his sharp suited lad. From blocks of stripes to the fitted varsity jacket, a smart array of relaxed separates came together with a magnetic appeal, furthered by the effortless cool of chambray pieces as well as an influx of leatherwear.

Chips Ahoy!–Import central, New York Models Management brings together quite the familiar faces for the upcoming show season. On the established end, the agency boasts Burberry favorite Charlie France and leading Swede Alexander Johansson, who follows up a Calvin Klein campaign with D&G’s final outing. Meanwhile, quickly rising in the ranks, Zara Young face and quite the editorial standout, Jamie Wise leads the new faces, while Lanvin beau Milo Spijkers is easily positioned to make a commotion. Add that to a mix that contains Thiago Santos, Dennis Johnson, as well as other notable talents and you have a new board of stars, ready to take New York Fashion Week by storm.

First in Line–Alexander Johansson stars in the cover story of the debut issue of L’Officiel Hommes Korea, photographed by Rémi Lamandé. Taking Paris by storm, the Swedish model delivers a playful performance in striking fall pieces from the likes of Dior Homme.

Express Yourself–For the thirteenth issue of Fiasco, Anthony Meyer shot an extended cover editorial featuring Sebastian Sauvé, Callum Wilson, Ash Stymest, Luke Worrall, Alexander Johansson, Isaac Carew, Jake Cooper, Frey Mudd, Humbert Clotet, Adrien Brunier, Jaco van den Hoven, Naleye Junior Dolmans, Keno Weidner, Arthur Olecki and Lyle Lodwick. A Take on Cool–A cool Mediterranean influence sets the tone for Jan iú Més’ spring 2012 showing. Looking out to sea for inspiration, a clean collection finds its voice in a variety of silhouettes – ranging from narrow and elongated to oversize. Whether it is electric blue, golden yellow or a pure white, Jan iú Més creates a relaxing atmosphere, in turn accomplishing a great deal when it comes to separates. Hand-dyed and dressed in vivid prints, linen suiting carries a resort feel, while shorts, knitwear and loose shirting sum up a season of great relaxation.

Alexander Johansson landed two campaigns after only one season, for Miharayasuhiro and United Colors of Benetton. This young Swede has appeared in editorials for the likes of Vogue Hommes Japan and VMAN as well as work for Prada’s Fantasy Lookbook and Gucci’s seasonal look. Alexander has also walked for major shows including Prada, Lanvin, Yves Saint Laurent, Salvatore Ferragamo, Viktor & Rolf, Z Zegna and has closed Miharayasuhiro. Alexander’s latest campaign is for Calvin Klein’s white label.
