Mixing and matching prints for a relaxed take on suiting, while expanding silhouettes for an array of billowing outerwear, D’Amato’s man appears to have many facets that are indeed worth the watch.

Sharp tailoring and a smart use of color defined the latest collection from Z Zegna Creative Director Alessandro Sartori. Dusting off a cool palette with bursts of brick red, Z Zegna’s men maintained a unified image marked by sharp lines, focus and a charming use of graphics.

Representing the best of both worlds, Byblos arrived at a fresh new look for the spring season that combined strong mature ensembles with a youthful zest. Embracing a muted color scheme alongside a generous offering of retro-inspired prints, Byblo’s man received an update that felt simple, but also possessed varied layers of interest.

Setting Salvatore Ferragamo’s man up for a season of leisure, Massimiliano Giornetti revealed an effortless collection of billowing lines. Light and tranquil, the season was felt in movement as each model graced the runway with a gradual secession of loosely-fitted jackets, tops and trousers. Juxtaposing a subtle use of stripes with a flair for lush knits, nautical aspirations were skillfully weaved into the season’s back-story. Whether on an airy vacation by the coastline or headed inland on business, Giornetti made a dramatic impact with a delightfully soft collection that melded luxury with comfort.

Chris Pulliam made his first appearance in the fashion world in Vogue Hommes Japan’s debut issue. He was a Jil Sander exclusive during the Spring/Summer 2009 season. He has walked for Kenzo, Lanvin, Prada, Neil Barrett, Yves Saint Laurent, Damir Doma and Louis Vuitton. Born in the United States, Chris has appeared in 10 Men, GQ UK, Vogue Russia, Dazed & Confused and VMAN.
