Representing the ideal modern gentlemen, Gerhard Freidl and Nick Snider are on their best behavior for Z Zegna’s upcoming fall 2009 campaign photographed by Bruno Van Mossevelde.

Anything but surprising, H&M’s fall collection is impressive. The season stuns with a combination of stern edginess and refined chic. Coats are dark and militaristic in nature, while the sporadic appearance of florals and loose weave knits counter with softness. Subtle plaid prints are a great companion to the classic pant silhouette. Likely to be flying off the racks come fall, the highlight of H&M’s latest collection is the must-have navy band jacket. Taking into account every piece from the simple tee to the epaulet adorned coat, H&M charms with pieces that simply put — you just want to wear.

Absent from major campaigns the last two seasons, Nick Snider makes an appearance to show off the latest collection from H&M. The collection is not innovative, but what it does offer is a nice way to mix up fall wardrobes. With the fall runways of Milan and Paris being dominated by black solids, H&M’s plaid offerings will be a nice subtle injection of color.

Nick Snider had his big breakthrough when he became the face of Prada Fall/Winter 2007 and Prada Eyewear. Known for his pouty lips, Nick opened the Spring/Summer 2008 Prada show and starred in the label’s campaign. He has appeared in i-D, L’Uomo Vogue, VMan, Man About Town and GQ Italia. Nick continued to dominate the pages of magazines with campaigns for Z Zegna, Sisley and H&M.
