
Steppin’ Out–Venturing back to the 1940’s for style inspiration, Marcus Teo looks to the latest to a lot of dapper suits to set the tone for a story, commissioned by Chinese magazine SCMP Style. Laid-back Moment–The style of a skater was one point of reference for Luis Fernandez when he was creating the NUMBER:Lab spring 2012 collection. That coupled with the mood of the French Riviera in the thirties manifested itself in a layered athletic-inspired menswear that while color blocked at times included more than a few prints. One graphic black and white print came courtesy of a collaboration with artist Joseph La Piana. Board shorts, cadet jackets, blazers and tank tops rounded out the majority of the collection.

A Day to Remember–Bringing together a group of impressive talents, Chiun-Kai Shih photographs David Chiang (Major), Jae Yoo (Soul), Jemy Dayrit (Q), Noma Han (Red), Seijo Imazaki (Soul), Tet Wada and Time Charoenthaitawee (Q) for one of those rare stories where the model takes center stage. Now, back and better than ever, Seijo is dominating the industry once again. He has been the face of Macy’s Stolichnaya and Husky.
