
Runway Gig–American synthpop band, Cobra Starship is expected to play the Tommy Hilfiger runway show at the upcoming Mercedes-Benz fashion week in New York City. With a label so inspired by music, the concert is much to look forward to as the band makes their runway debut at the Lincoln Center on Friday, February 10 at 5:30PM.

Marni Hype–Hot on the heels of a successful run with Versace, H&M is teaming up with Italian label Marni for a spring designer collaboration. Sporty Mix–Sight Management Studio, mother agency to the Spanish trifecta (Jon Kortajarena, Oriol Elcacho and Andres Velencoso Segura) is honing in on sports with a new division, hosting Moto GP 2010 World Champion Jorge Lorenzo, FC Barcelona Goalkeeper and Spanish 2010 World Champion Victor Valdes, Player of Ahletic de Bilbao and Spanish 2010 World Champion Fernando Llorente and finally Jaime Alguersuari. Creative Endeavors–Complementing their fall 2011 collection, Gant Rugger is collaborating with artist Andrew Mashanov. For the collaboration Andrew interpreted key looks from the collection and beginning today, the lifestyle brand will release a new illustration on their website every day with commentary by Christopher Bastin, Gant Rugger designer. In addition to publishing the work on their website, Gant will give away limited-edition posters and stickers of Andrew’s work while supplies last in their 353 Bleeker St and 25 Prince St stores in New York City.

100 Days–Staring on September 30, 2011, temporary retail store 100 Days Boutique on Rochstr. 3 in Berlin will be the host of designer Henrik Vibskov’s latest collection, The Eat. Lasting for 100 days, the concept store will feature an edited selection from the show and never before seen pieces.

The General–Located in the heart of Shoreditch, the Topman General Store held its grand opening on September 23, 2011. Curated by Gordon Richardson (Topman Design Director) and Matthew Murphy (b store Creative Director), the new concept store will feature exclusive lines and collaborations, alongside an edited selection from Topman, Topman Design, and Topman Limited. The intimately furnished space will also house limited edition artwork, books, temporary art installations and in-store events.
