More than pre­pared for the cold weather, Blaine Cook, Julian Feitsma and Ryan Smith are styled by Jay Mas­sacret in a mix of ski-​​ready apparel and luxe gar­ments from the likes of Tim Hamil­ton and Ann Demeulemeester.
