Luigi & Luca share a look at their upcoming photo exhibition that will take place during Berlin Fashion Week at Abnormals Gallery, opening January 21, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. Collaborating with several Berlin labels including Julia & Ben, Butterflysoulfire, Bless and A.D. Deertz, Luigi & Luca serve up a provocative showing of deviance:
Modern life is based on self-abnegation, but in an opposite sense from the religious way. We deny a part of ourselves not to achieve something higher, but to merely forget about it. That part we renounce cannot really be called an attainment of progress, but the result of another failing religion. — Luigi & Luca
