We wrap up the day with yet another post about H&M. Earlier we posted a preview of the spring collection and since then, the entire lookbook has surfaced. Featuring Tyler Riggs styled by Robert Rydberg and photographed by Peter Gehrke, H&M presents a varied collection that encompasses several trends recently seen on the runway. From skirts to harem pants and fringe, H&M offers an excellent snapshot of next season’s riskier pieces.

oooo! Im loving the use of colours, ethnic prints and tye dye! AND especially the harem pants! I’ve hunted everywhere on the high street for a pair =D

You guys are smoking crack… This collection is absolutely horrid! The collection is the opposite of cohesive and looks like it was styled together by a blind man. Don’t get me wrong there looks like there is some very nice individual pieces, but this is a far cry from a collection you will look back and be proud of being a part of.

Oh dear! I’m going to have to agree with Rico here. Some of the pieces are nice but some of this is just hideous, especially that awful shorts/pink scarf/tacky shirt combo reminiscent an American tourist on acid.
I don’t know if I can get behind harem pants for men, either. I can hardly imagine a less sexy article on clothing, you know? They make you look short and dumpy.

Men in harem pants, absolutely a hit! It’s time for men to dare more! Harem pants are super comfy and I think deep inside men are jealous at us women and actually are longing for harem pants. Similar pants have been worn by men around the world for centuries. Nothing strange with that.

Do you think H&M has the bravery to put a skirt in the men’s section or you think they’re just putting it in the shoot? The H&M stores here in the US don’t seem very forward from what I’ve seen.
