Model of the Month | Bastiaan Puts on a Show

Whether it is one of the count­less run­way shows he has booked or another pre­sen­ta­tion, Bas­ti­aan Nin­aber has become a favorite among cast­ing agents and is not to be missed dur­ing fash­ion week. Quite in demand, it is no sur­prise that Bas­ti­aan gets no sleep dur­ing fash­ion week. Spend­ing sleep­less days in the fash­ion cap­i­tals of the world, Bas­ti­aan shares his typ­i­cal rou­tine, which usu­ally includes leav­ing “the hotel around 8 in the morn­ing and [return­ing] at 10.” Then what’s left of the evening usu­ally involves going to “get some din­ner and [mak­ing] some phone calls or [watch­ing] a movie.” As far as the model’s diet goes, Bas­ti­aan finds it “funny that peo­ple always think that [they] have to be care­ful with what [they] eat.” In fact, “most of the guys [he knows] are on a strict Mcdon­alds and pizza diet dur­ing the shows.”
