Fuel for Spring–As usual, vibrant col­ors played a sig­nif­i­cant role in spring’s cam­paigns, giv­ing life to a series of images that brought gar­ments forth with a cer­tain atti­tude. Whether play­ful or seri­ous, the results were eas­ily fan­tas­tic with house sig­na­tures and seam­less tal­ents com­ing together for an eclec­tic season.

Burberry’s Mark–Show­cas­ing the season’s lat­est gar­ments, the edi­to­r­ial would not be the same with­out Burberry. From VMAN and var­i­ous inter­na­tional edi­tions of GQ to the new L’Officiel Hommes NL, Burberry enjoyed a rich year of cov­er­age, whether it was a col­or­ful gar­ment or a spec­tac­u­lar leather fix­ture. Deliv­er­ing an under­stand­able lux­ury, Burberry proved its strength with their out­er­wear eas­ily prov­ing recognizable.

Fall/​Winter 2011 Campaigns | Year in Review

Autumn Call­ing–Sell­ing a brand is in part sell­ing a lifestyle and whether it was a genius con­cept or the per­fect cast­ing, numer­ous cam­paigns served as the vehi­cle for a com­pelling visual of the season’s col­lec­tion. From the unlikely mar­riage of Sean O’s clas­sic looks to the future for Versace’s fall out­ing to an homage to Yves Saint Lau­rent with the iconic David Gandy step­ping into the spot­light once more for Dolce & Gab­bana, the sea­son was rid­dled with great moments. Pro­duced with a star-​​studded cast that included both Math­ias Lau­rid­sen and Jon Kor­ta­jarena, the fall/​winter 2012 sea­son shared a famil­iar vis­age for win­ning results.
