Travel by Ocean–Italian label CYCLE presents a relaxed offering for the spring 2012 season, taking inspiration from island life. Exuding the ultimate casualness with fabrications that range from Japanese denim and linen to jersey, the collection travels from the Indian Ocean, where prep reigns to the Black Sea where washed fabrics hint at a rugged adventure. Meanwhile, the eighties surface with bright colors and easy teas as a date back in the Indian Ocean inspires a laid-back party flair. Meanwhile, fabrics wrinkled and destroyed round out a collection for the castaway character, infusing a lived-in vibe with an overall relaxed tone.

Essentials of Ease–This coming spring season, German label MAC prepares their man for worldwide travel. Taking up a color palette from inspirations of India, MAC approaches their classic twill pants and delivers a range infused with a vintage allure and a variety of color. Whether its travel or that urban safari, the label revels in an accessible execution of workerswear staples, ranging from washed denim to classic button-downs.

Soft Access–A demure Martin Lekić (Scoop) hits the studio with photographer Sascha Oda for a new series of images featuring the accessories of designer Louise Hvidegaard. Peak of the Season–Joining forces for a collaboration not to be missed, designer Brian Wood and Aarron Ginsberg of Ducksworth come together for a 1950’s Americana inspired capsule collection.
