Complex Geometries’ fall 2010 collection gets another look courtesy of Jason Last with styling by Julie Clark. Filming Allen Roth, Jacob Dekat and Julia Russo to the music of David Madden, attention is brought to the collection’s dark androgynous nature.

The fall collection from Fingers Crossed was inspired by the work of Lovett/Codagnone. Working around the theme of a collective identity, the duo are known for their series of black objects that play with the issue of power and the collective. Considering the current economic climate, Lovett/Codagnone’s work seemed like an appropriate starting point for inspiration. Propelled by a certain sense of anarchism, what took shape is a collection of black on black that intentionally blends traditional worker-wear with more fashion-forward pieces for a somber, but interesting take on fall. The collection is available at New York retailer Bblessing.
