Boys on Film–If we went back to school, we’d likely be that annoying overachiever and we wouldn’t have it any other way. With a special thanks above all to our photographer for the day, Nikolai de Vera and the agencies who provided the talent, ADAM, Aim, DNA, Ford, Fusion, Major, New York Models, Next, Q, Red, Request, Soul and Wilhelmina, here’s a grand sampling of our favorite boys of the season: Paul Boche, Chris Garcia, RJ King, Erik Sage, Chris Colton, Leebo Freeman, Miles McMillan, Adnan Djinovic, Maxwell Ronko, Luka Badnjar, Lowell Tautchin, Chris Arundel, Elvis Jankus, Francisco Lachowski, Baptiste Radufe, Jordan Torres, Joao Zavaski, Julian Sapala, Eden Classens, Chris Petersen, Lance R, Roy Pratt, John Tuite, Benoni Loos, Zach King, Louis Mayhew, Jae Yoo, Reinaldo Berthoti, Matthew Hitt, Brett Staal, Colt Maldonado, Glenn Galleghan, Jacob Morton, Kaylan Falgoust, Alexander Beck, Mario Skaric, Jackson, Connor Stanley, Bastien Bonizec, Jake Gordon, Jed Texas, Eryck Laframboise, Sen Mitsuji, Dale Toogood, Lucas Goossens, Rob Evans, Matt Giesler, Samuel Farrier, Louis Galloway, Adrian Cardoso, Sebastian Sauve, Berthold Rothas, Vincent Banic, Brennen Steines, Joe Hartmann, Cesar Chiang, Luis Borges, Arthur Devalbray, Brian Redford, Petter Hedman, Austin Hall, Rich Stinger, John R, Hampus Luck, Seven, Thiago Santos, Jordan and Zac Stenmark.

Born to Editorial–On a long hair kick, a little piece of us died when it was confirmed that Brett Staal had received a trim, but the general lush quality of his locks and beyond height more than made up for it. Just imagine the possibilities. Meanwhile, Mario Skaric exuded that ridiculous 90’s glamour, ultra laid-back but nevertheless expensive. Definitely a model that inspires those unforgiving showroom runs. Added to the mix, another young face, Jacob Morton, angst-ridden or broken editorial doll, we’ll subscribe. Rounding off the hour was Kaylan Falgoust, all-American, cleans up nice, suited or in denim and again, we’ll take a first. / Photography by Nikolai de Vera.

Back to the Stage–Fusing the near-retro casualness of the country with the sleepy attitude of beach towns, Michael Bastian returns to the catwalk after a season off. Dressing his man for a season of leisure, Bastian’s typical preppy aesthetic is married with the laid-back essence of summer staples, ranging from board shorts and open shirts to denim. Still maintaining a degree of sharpness, the easy showing was completed with a selection of fine essentials that tackled charming knits and tailored suiting alike.

Casting Frenzy–It’s the weekend before fashion week and you have a day to kill. What do you do? Well, as any rational person would do, you call in eighty boys from all the agencies and have a casting session. After all, there’s an entire magazine that needs to be cast. So, have at it, some of our favorite faces from ADAM, Request, Ford, New York Models Management, Wilhelmina, Red, DNA, Soul, Next, Fusion, Major, Aim and Q. More to come, if course…

Dirty Boy–Laura Egan runs Red fresh face Kaylan Falgoust through the ringer in a photo series, where the new recruit is covered in car grease.
