Pre-flight–Alexander Johansson and Ryan Taylor step out for Louis Vuitton’s pre-fall 2012 collection. The perfect lead-in to their fall/winter collection, shown last month in Paris, the upcoming lineup picks up on camel and navy for a calm cool. Mixing a sportswear element with house heritage, the man of Louis Vuitton is a sharp dressed, whether spruced up or set for a laid-back occasion. Enlisting classic pieces like the tan-colored trench and infusing the range with fitted puffer jackets, the wonderful lining of the collection is complete with sweaters, dress shirts and transitional pieces such as a pair of printed shorts, accompanied by an array of coordinating garments.

The Saints Are Coming–DNA model Marcel Castenmiller is found amongst the shrubbery of New York City in a misfit photo shoot for Los Vladimirovich’s fall/winter 2012 lookbook. Photographer Giovanni Cervantes leads Marcel into submission as he’s captured amidst various lighting tactics and surroundings. Donning a collection that features bold hues, unsullied tailored cuts and a broad range of garment symmetry, the tousled Marcel wears lengthy coats, hooded jackets, sweaters and striped dress-shirts.

Morning Banter–d1 model Nicolas Baisin rises into the daylight in a tranquil photo shoot for Vincent Schoepfer spring/summer 2012. Photographer Matthieu Dortomb captures the disheveled Nicolas in a light, proper wardrobe that features a sportswear motif juxtaposed with relaxed pieces of a contemporary nature, including jackets, shirts and hooded sweatshirts. The collection also factors in a series of leather trainers in stimulating hues to complete a posh, athletic style.

Springtime Smarts–Gemma Edo photographs Mathias Lauridsen for Massimo Dutti’s February lookbook. Dressed for a smart occasion, Mathias is clad in classic separates, cut from neutrals with a splash of spring hues. From trousers, cut at the ankle and the special leather jacket to relaxed jackets, complete with a pocket square, the man of Massimo Dutti is afforded the essentials to an early spring demonstration of timeless class. / Grooming by María Martínez (kasteel Agent).

Bare Essentials–Request model Daniel Hamaj and Major’s Sasha Reheylo come together for a day of fitness, captured by the lens of Eric Reeves. Photographed for the debut collection of loungewear label YUASA, the pair are photographed in the line’s classic American-styled underwear. / Styling and casting by Peter Berwind Humphrey (Antarctic Creative). The Holy Mountain–Photographer Fred Mortagne captures model Apollo Thomas for the spring/summer 2012 Moonchild lookbook as he explores the cliffs beside the sea. With a collection that heavily incorporates North American tribal prints, fringed ponchos and shawls, lacerated denim shorts and native-inspired accessories, Apollo gazes at the horizon while his garments fuse intricately together with the land and sea bearings that surround him.
