Rounding out their lineup with welcomed models such as Vladimir Ivanov and Reid Prebenda, Wilhelmina solidifies a phenomenal track record in the stars department.
PAz–Independent Men models Andrea Bellisario, Taylor Cowan, and Michael McCaughley share a couple of dark glances as they’re portrayed in this Luca Finotti film for MFL. The trio are donned in Louis Vuitton whilst this film takes an esoteric turn for the most optimal blend of posh and obscurity. / Make up by Barbara Ciccognani using Mac cosmetics @ HM Battaglia. Boys, Boys, Boys–For my second day of this new exclusive ‘Casting Call Diaries’ series for The Fashionisto, I chased models across Paris from Haussmann buildings by the Chicissime Avenue Montaigne and Avenue de L’Opéra to some more industrial photo studios in more popular districts; out of a slightly ambitious program of eight castings I managed to cover six : Dior Homme, Mugler, Louis Vuitton, Arnys, Yohji Yamamoto and Alexis Mabille … This journey proved to be pretty intense behind the camera due to the amount of models who would never miss giving it a chance at castings for such major shows even if they have to carry an umbrella, but granted me to pin to my list of daily trophies the likes of Yuri Pleskun, rising star Bapstiste Radufe, Nicolas Ripoll, Matvey Lykov, Douglas Neitzke, Lyle Lodwick, Corey Baptiste, Paul Boche, Victor Nylander, Alexander Johansson, Juan Manuel Arancibia, Alexander Beck, Julien Chanca etc, some newer faces such as Andrea Bellisario, Timmi Radicke, Julius Gerhardt, Jay or Noma Han for instance and even the freshest first timers you can imagine : Justus Eisfeld (who doesn’t even have a paris agency yet) or Isaac Ekblad (who came to Paris to visit his family and was only discovered today by an agency scout as he was walking in the street !) … Also snapped were designers Romain Kremer (Mugler) and Alexis Mabille … check this space for more to come very soon !

Independent Men–Leading this season’s roster from Milano agency Independent Men is new kid on the block, Simone Nobili, who stars in spring’s campaign from Givenchy. An example of the surprise breakout star, Independent Men’s ranks are lined with the promising star. Housing the ideal runway talents, Pavel Baranov and Andrea Bellisario or going for a brooding cool — Reinaldo Berthoti, Milan has its strong suits. Whether found in the classic looks of Thom Morell or the spunky first impression met with up and comer Jake Shortall, all the model bases are covered.

Bananas–True to their offbeat name, all is well in paradise when it comes to Paris agency Bananas. Serving up classic faces alongside fashion’s favorite quirky boy, the infectious personalities are in intense demand and Bananas has the supply. At one end of the spectrum is bad boy extraordinaire Yuri Pleskun, matched this season with the charm of new kid on the block, Jake Shortall or furthermore, Eric Ramos. For dark and brooding, the striking Lucho Jacob is always a great match or for an androgynous flair, there is Jaco Van Den Hoven. From constant cover star RJ King to the classic blue-chip achievements of Nicolas Ripoll or Ryan Kennedy, Bananas’ shining lot comes full circle with a guaranteed fit for all Paris’ coming attractions.

No Expense–With Louis Vuitton easily dictating a luxurious tone, MFL enlists photographer Oskar Cecere for a rich story, featuring the house’s fall collection. Styled by Stefano Roncato, Independent Men Andrea Bellisario, Taylor Cowan and Michael McCaughley are photographed alongside WhyNot’s Inga Savits for a seductive tale, lined with coveted pieces.
