Wayne Hadly Spring 2009

Wayne Joffe, the designer of Wayne Hadly hinted ear­lier in our fall fea­ture about what the spring had in store and now the cat is out of the bag. Quite an impres­sive cat at that! The spring col­lec­tion fea­tures slim bowties, sharp angles, col­lar­less button-​​ups, and plenty of airy sin­glets.  Fall could not come soon enough, but now spring is look­ing rather delectable.

“This SS09 started out as a kinda 60’s lost in Italy (best ref­er­ence would be the movie “The Tal­ented Mr. Rip­ley). I played with bright col­ors and clas­sic fits to revamp and mod­ern­ize that tra­di­tional look.”
