Closely fol­low­ing his last west­ern themed shoot, it appears pho­tog­ra­pher Richard Pier Petit can­not shake the cow­boy image from his mind. Work­ing with styl­ist Eugene Ong once more, the New York-​​based pho­tog­ra­pher turned to Ford model Sean Thom­son for quite the cin­e­matic approach. The first of two parts, Writ­ten on the Wind looks to a blend of depression-​​era pieces and today’s finest design­ers includ­ing Ann Demeule­meester and Dries Van Noten for a spe­cial touch of the sim­ple life.
