Underwear Talk–Australian music import 5 Seconds of Summer has a hit on their hands with She Looks So Perfect. The song has spent nine weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 and for good reason too. The song is catchy, in particular, the chorus which has a line “You look so perfect standing there / In my American Apparel underwear.” American Apparel spokeswoman Iris Alonzo told Billboard that they have seen a 10 percent sales increase for men’s underwear in the US, explaining that it comes “outside of the typical season increase we see in this style in the spring.” It’s not for certain if the song has had an effect on sales, but it certainly doesn’t hurt.
