Exploring Spring–Woolrich John Rich & Bros. explores a rugged spring/summer 2013 outing with a survey of style through two themes – Stone Masters and The New Journalists. For Stone Masters, mountain climbers of the 1960’s and 1980’s serve as the range’s heroes with classic fabrications, ranging from denim to cotton mixed with technical fabrics for a reinvention of climbing wears. Meanwhile, the New Journalists aspect takes its inspiration from late 1960’s war correspondents and journalists that include Tom Wolfe, Oriana Fallaci and others. Blending a military motif with their signature survival pieces and creating quirky pieces like this season’s Blogger Vest, complete with multifunctional use as a shoulder bag, waterproof pants, shirt, etc., Woolrich John Rich & Bros. is as smart as always.
