Paul Smith is not the only designer to inject his fashion brand with the fresh vision of a new creative director. Roberto Cavalli has enlisted Peter Dundas as the label’s new creative director. The Norwegian designer was previously the artistic director for Emilio Pucci. Now, Dundas will head menswear and womenswear for Roberto Cavalli with his first collection showing in September for women. Having previously worked with Cavalli, Dundas shares with WWD, “This is a homecoming for me. It is an honor for me to continue to evolve the wonderful world of Roberto Cavalli and I am very excited by the possibilities and potential of this unique brand. I cannot wait to get started.”
