Before we turn our focus to the shows, we hone in on one more model to watch–Corey Baptiste. Signed to VNY, in Europe for the shows and hoping to make a splash, Corey has quite the upcoming campaign season to jettison him through a casting or two. A local to the Bronx and scouted by his soon to be manager Brandon Wilson, while applying for a job at Abercrombie & Fitch, Corey signed with VNY this past January and soon after hit the ground running. Connecting with local photographer Sean Kilkenny to improve his craft, while also shooting for publications such as John Tan’s Visual Tales, Corey worked himself up to the coveted campaign. Starring alongside Sean O’Pry in one and rounding out a playful ensemble for another, you’ll just have to wait to see the final products in the near future.
