The devil is in the details throughout the very first autumn/winter collection from SUNDAY SUN. At first glance, the Gray coat looks like a perfectly straightforward frock. A closer examination, however, reveals an asymmetric collar and rather peculiar »tail« effect, creating a subtle, sophisticated variation on the theme. The Leo shirt can be worn with or without its collar, the Penny pants are cut precisely as low as you can go without losing that »smart trouser« look, and the Angie dress is an Alice in Wonderland-like play on the very small and the very big. Not to mention the t-shirts: The Sofa tee would be almost invisible lying on the sofa in an old, English library. The Roger tee adds some hop to the hip. The Rita tee is as close to a poncho as a t-shirt can get. And the plaided Camille tee looks like a slice of the Chrysler building collaged in place to prop up a slim Y frame.
