Patterns Game–Photographer Giampaolo Sgura reunites with emerging Italian label MSGM to shoot the brand’s fall/winter 2013 campaign. Teaming up with stylist and Vogue Japan’s editor Anna Dello Russo, Sgura focuses his lens once more on model Andy Walters, who perfectly embodies MSGM’s attitude for the fall season. If last season MSGM’s campaign, lensed by Sgura too, was about a surreal and almost cartoonish vibe, with the fall advertisements, the brand approaches to images with a clean and essential aesthetic, emphasizing the playful and almost irreverent appeal of the fall offering, thanks to an unusual combination of variegated colors and patterns. / Hair by Andrew Guida (CloseUp Milano).
