According to the latest luxury watch news, Cartier has named “Elvis” star Austin Butler as its new brand ambassador. Butler, 30, made the rounds as the star of Baz Luhrmann’s Elvis biography during the 75th annual Cannes Film Festival when Cartier launched its new partnership with him.

Butler is the latest addition to Cartier’s stable of fashionable celebrity ambassadors. Arnaud Carrez, Cartier’s senior vice president and chief marketing officer, states, “We are delighted to welcome Austin into the Maison as an Ambassador for North America” Carrez adds, “As a talented actor, Austin’s bold approach to life and unique sense of style are inherently aligned with our core values here at Cartier.”
Prada for “Elvis”
Austin Butler, who plays Elvis Presley, makes a stylish move in his prominent role in related news. In addition, Miuccia Prada worked on costumes for “Elvis” with director Baz Luhrmann and costume designer Catherine Martin. Butler’s Elvis, Tom Hanks’ Tom Parker, and Olivia DeJonge’s Priscilla Presley all have Prada styles for the biopic, which hits screens beginning June 24, 2022.
