Exploring New Horizons–After leading our eyes in fashionable journeys in famous cities around the world, think about Istanbul and Beijing, for example, the creative team behind Hercules embarks on a new adventure, exploring South Africa for the magazine’s latest issue. Capturing the breathtaking beauty of this country, photographer Carlotta Manaigo (2b Management) teams up with David Vivirido, one of Hercules’ Editors-in-Chief, to shoot Ford New York model Ben Hunter. Playing the role of the charming explorer, a figure that is definitely a source of endless inspiration for his adventurous spirit, Ben spends few moments under the African sun, wearing a wardrobe, assembled by Vivirido, that juxtaposes safari-inspired styles, with more cosmopolitan and urban styles. Perfectly embodying South Africa’s ambition to compete with other important and relevant states in the world, the editorial mixes stunning landscapes, sunsets and wild animals, with prestigious names in menswear, like Trussardi, Gucci, Prada, Emporio Armani, and many more. / Photography assistance by Edward Scheller. Grooming by Nthato Mashishi.
