Gravitating towards an eclectic mix of tribal and “organic camouflage” prints, the latest collection from Bernhard Willhelm is a wild one. Rain boots and gladiator-like sandals become the uniform footwear when paired with loose mesh pants and short wraps. Over the shoulder tops and dramatic collared outerwear are common among the chaotic collection of clothes that fall closer to avant-garde than ready-to-wear, but this all the norm for the eccentric German designer that is Bernhard Willhelm.

  1. Are you kidding??? It’s totally wearable! It is actually when you isolate details and coats, tops and trousers, one of the most wearable thing he ever did! Picture 13, 14, 22, 23 are good exemples of basic pieces. The fantastic coat of number 22 is totally wearable, as the willhhelm’s classic ample shirt blouse of number 14. Socks as usual with him, and sandals are the best shoes he did since the Rambaramb boots.
