Billy Reid makes its eyewear debut with sunglasses for fall-winter 2017. The range is available in Billy Reid stores and online at BillyReid.com. Designer Billy Reid talks about venturing into eyewear. He explains, “I’ve worn glasses since I was twenty-years-old and I’ve wanted to design my own for almost as long.”
Reid continues, “Glasses are part of my personal identity and that of so many of our customers, so it was a natural extension for us to launch our own eyewear collection.” The range features Japanese horn, leather-wrapped temples with metal inlays. The temples of Billy Reid’s glasses are etched with the brand’s signature heirloom ribbon stripe.
