Bottega Veneta creative director Tomas Maier tore a stylish chapter from the 1940s for his spring-summer 2017 men’s collection. Embracing volume, wide-cut trousers set the ideal silhouette for the season. Worn with wingtip shoes, the voluminous style was paired with a muted selection of sportcoats, knit polo shirts and short jackets. Somber two pocket shirts and relaxed tailored overcoats also joined the lineup, paving the way for sporty inclined pieces such as a leather hooded jacket and luxurious patterned spin on the tracksuit.
