Building upon past seasons, the latest collection from Butterflysoulfire takes the strengths of recent years and blends them together for a dynamic spring outing in which draping takes great prominence. Reflecting the dark and light aspects of the Berlin-based label, Christoph Voy photographs this season’s lookbook, which features Izaio model Philip Yves with makeup by Steffen Seeger. Striking a delicate balance between fluid softness and an undeniable masculine soul, Butterflysoulfire designers Maria Thomas and Thoas Lindner take their signature silhouettes to the next level with a clever spring outing that manages to incorporate fur and leather. Maintaining a light progression with unexpected ingredients, Thomas and Linder craft a collection of loose silhouettes and a penetrating style that evokes romantic images of today’s nomad.
