I’m embarrassed, but my reaction to Carin Wester’s spring 2009 collection was a small gasp. This is going to sound really weird, but when I look at the collection I feel like the end product looks like what a little girl would dress the men in her dollhouse-like. I think it’s the materials and their drape.

It has a very my grandmother knitted me this/Little Red Riding Hood/similar craziness.  Regardless, I like this collection so much.  The textures are fantastic, and I love how loose everything looks. I will definitely be scoping out stockists in advance and adding a pair of pants to the top of my spring 2009 wish list. You must see the rest of the collection.
