Romania-based agency Allure is on a roll. After churning out rising stars Kaan Tilki and Silviu Tolu, the agency has found its next promising face in Mike Scar. Recently appearing in Elle Romania alongside Silviu, the young model is going international with Milan’s D’Men, Paris’ Marilyn and finally New York’s Red.
