Inspired by the Renaissance heroes of Tizian and El Greco, Christian Westphal walks a tight line for the fall season. Balancing subdued glamor with a detail-oriented perspective, Westphal explores the idea of refined urban wear. With “bottle green optimism, turquoise crispiness and navy blue classicism” as an accent, a monochromatic color palette dresses the collection’s arsenal of armor-worthy suiting. Fitted or oversized and cinched, Westphal does well by the male form, expanding the range from relaxed trousers to casual ripped denim. All encompassing, fall’s collection allows its wearer to play it safe or go a little more adventurous with chic new silhouettes.
